These terms govern your access to and use of the TalosOps platform and this website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business.
The Service
TalosOps is an AI-assisted customer-operations platform. It connects your support channels — such as web chat, Telegram, and email mailboxes — and helps your team read, draft, and send replies to your own customers, with an AI agent handling routine requests and escalating the rest.
Accounts and signup
You may create an account directly on this website. We verify the email address you sign up with by sending a one-time code to it; an account cannot be activated without completing that step. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information, and you must be legally able to enter into this agreement. We may decline or close an account that is used to break these terms, that impersonates someone else, or that is created to abuse the Service.
Plans, payment, and activation
The available plans and what each includes are listed on our pricing page. Prices there are the current ones; we may change them, and a change takes effect for you at the start of your next billing period, never retroactively.
Payment is currently arranged directly with our team: after you choose a plan, you are put in touch with us to complete payment. We will introduce automated payment later; when we do, these terms will be updated before it applies to you.
You may create an account and connect your channels before paying. However, the Service does not send or receive any live customer messages until payment for your plan is confirmed. Setting up in advance costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your account stays active for the remainder of the period you already paid for, and a partially used period is not pro-rated.
If something goes unexpectedly wrong within the first 48 hours after your plan is activated, you are entitled to a full refund. We deduct only taxes already remitted to the authorities and the value of AI usage (tokens) you have already consumed, since neither can be recovered on our side.
Cancelling is not the same as deleting. Your data stays with us until you ask for it to be removed — see Data Deletion for how to do that and what it erases.
Maintenance, incidents, and service credits
Planned system updates run between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM Cairo time. We notify you in advance of the exact time, and a maintenance window will not exceed 30 minutes.
An interruption that happens inside an announced maintenance window is not treated as a fault and does not qualify for compensation. That is the trade-off for keeping updates predictable and outside your working hours.
If the Service fails during normal working hours, or an unexpected fault occurs outside an announced window, you get an immediate credit or discount without having to argue for it.
If the AI agent produces incorrect or fabricated answers across a significant number of cases, we retrain it in full at no cost to you, and apply a discount to your next subscription period in advance.
Connected mailboxes and channels
You are responsible for having the authority to connect the accounts, mailboxes, and channels you connect. When you connect a mailbox, you authorize TalosOps to read incoming messages and to send replies from that mailbox in order to provide the Service. You may disconnect any of them at any time from the dashboard, which stops all further access immediately.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to send spam, or unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to breach security, reach another tenant's data, probe the Service for weaknesses without our written permission, or disrupt it for others.
- Do not use the Service in violation of applicable law, or of the terms of any provider you connect to it (for example Google or Microsoft).
AI-generated content
The Service uses AI to draft and, where you enable it, send replies. AI output can be wrong. You remain responsible for reviewing it and for the messages sent from your connected accounts, and you can pause automated replies or take over any conversation at any time.
Your data
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Your customers' conversation data belongs to you: we process it on your instruction, and you can have it removed at any time — see Data Deletion.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service running continuously, but it may change, be interrupted for maintenance, or be discontinued. We may update these terms; if a change materially affects you we will make it visible before it takes effect, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalosOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not remove any consumer protection you are entitled to under the law of the country where you live.
Who you are contracting with
The Service is operated by Ahmed Abdelazim Abdellah Sedik, sole proprietor, trading as TalosOps, 44 Ahmed Mohamed Ibrahim St., Office D-33-01, Eighth District, Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt. Questions about these terms: admin@talosops-ai.com.
