Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 July 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of the TalosOps platform and this website (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

The Service

TalosOps is an AI-assisted customer-operations platform. It connects a client’s support channels (such as web chat, Telegram, and email mailboxes) and helps the client’s team read, draft, and send responses to their own customers. Access is provisioned for clients; there is no public self-service signup at this time.

Accounts & connected mailboxes

You are responsible for the accuracy of the accounts and mailboxes you connect, for having the authority to connect them, and for the activity that occurs under your account. When you connect a mailbox, you authorize TalosOps to read incoming messages and to send replies from that mailbox in order to provide the Service. You may disconnect a mailbox at any time from the dashboard.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
  • Do not attempt to breach security, access other tenants’ data, or disrupt the Service.
  • Do not use the Service in violation of applicable law or of the terms of any connected provider (e.g. Google or Microsoft).

AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to draft and, where enabled, send responses. AI output can be inaccurate. The client is responsible for reviewing and for the messages sent from its connected accounts, and can pause automated replies or take over any conversation at any time.

Data

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability & changes

The Service is provided on an ongoing basis but may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalosOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the Service.
