This page explains how to have data deleted from TalosOps — whether you run a TalosOps account, or you are a customer who spoke to a business that uses TalosOps. Both routes are described below, along with exactly what is erased and how long it takes.
If you own a TalosOps account
Sign in and go to
If you cannot sign in, write to admin@talosops-ai.com from the account's registered email address and we will verify you another way before acting.
If you are a customer of a business that uses TalosOps
Your conversation belongs to the business you contacted, not to us. That business decides what happens to it, and we act only on their instruction — so the fastest route is to ask them directly to delete your data.
You can also write to us at admin@talosops-ai.com. We will pass the request to the business that holds your data and help them carry it out, but we cannot delete another company's records on our own initiative.
What gets deleted
When an account deletion completes, everything belonging to that account is removed from our database and from backups:
- All conversations and messages across every connected channel, including attachments.
- Knowledge documents, playbook entries, and anything the AI agent was taught.
- Connected channels and their stored credentials — the chat widget, Telegram, WhatsApp Business (including the Meta access token and the link to the WhatsApp Business Account), and any others.
- Connected mailboxes, together with the OAuth tokens and app passwords used to reach them.
- Team members, their roles, and their access history.
- The login identities created for the account, so they can no longer be used to sign in anywhere.
How long it takes
Every deletion request is reviewed before it takes effect. Once approved, the account is deactivated immediately and held for 30 days. During that window the account cannot be accessed or used, but it can still be restored — which protects you from an accidental or disputed request.
After the 30 days end, the data is permanently and irreversibly erased. This step cannot be undone, and we cannot recover anything afterwards, including for you.
What we keep, and why
We retain the minimum records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and payment records where tax law requires it, and a dated log that the deletion itself happened. These contain no conversation content, no knowledge base, and no customer messages.
Revoking access directly
You do not have to wait for us to cut our access to a connected mailbox. You can revoke TalosOps at any time from your Google Account permissions, or from the equivalent security settings of your provider. Doing so stops all further access immediately; it does not by itself delete data already stored, so send a deletion request as well if that is what you want.
